TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are investigating the burglary of a convenience store and in a separate incident the robbery of another convenience store overnight Tuesday.
Police say a man delivering newspapers discovered the shattered front door of the Wolf Point Shop-N-Go at about 3:25 a.m.
Someone used a three-pound barbell to smash the glass door of the store at 11505 East Pine and then take about $5 in change and some cigarettes.
At about 4:40 a.m., Tulsa Police say a gunman wearing a Halloween mask, dark clothing and a white hooded sweatshirt robbed a clerk at the QuikTrip at 15th and Denver.
Tulsa Police say the suspect showed the clerk a semi-automatic pistol and demanded money. He then ran away.
The QuikTrip clerk was not injured in the robbery.
