The plan is updated every five years and contains information and policies for highways, airports, rural transit, waterways, rail, pedestrians and bicyclists

The meetings will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the following locations in eastern Oklahoma:

  • November 2 - Downtown Tulsa Library, Aaronson Auditorium, 400 Civic Center, Tulsa
  • November 3 - Muskogee Public Library, 801 W. Okmulgee, Muskogee
