TULSA, OK -- An 18-year-old and two juveniles are arrested after an attempted armed robbery at a Tulsa restaurant early Wednesday morning.
Tulsa Police say the suspects approached a man in the parking lot of Cowboy Sharkey's at 5840 South Memorial Drive just before 1 a.m.
Police say when the victim refused to give the suspects cigarettes and money; they pulled out a gun and fired a shot at him.
The man was not hit.
The suspects took off, but a police officer spotted the suspect's vehicle a short time later near 61st and U.S. 169, where he found a gun and ski masks inside the car.
As it turns out, Tulsa Police say the same suspects had robbed several people at the Dish Network store at 71st and Wheeling just hours earlier.
Armando Hernandez and two teens, ages 14 and 15 were arrested on complaints of robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and being in possession of a stolen vehicle.
