Vision 2025 Funds Available For Downtown Residential Projects

TULSA, OK -- Interested parties are encouraged to apply for Vision 2025 funds to promote downtown Tulsa's residential development.  

About $769,000 in Vision 2025 funds are available and targeted for promoting economic vitality within Tulsa's Central Business District in the form of housing.

 Proposals must be received by the City no later than 5 p.m. Tuesday, November 3,   For more information, please read the full Request for Proposal. 

In 2003 the voters of Tulsa County approved funding for a collection of public projects, known as Vision 2025, which was designed to energize the regional economy and enhance the quality of life for residents.

A Downtowns and Neighborhoods Fund was included as a Vision 2025 project. Downtown Funds were to be spent on promoting economic vitality, streetscaping, pocket parks, sculpture fountains, and downtown housing.
