Pair Of Tulsa Burglary Suspects Arrested Early Friday

TULSA, OK -- One robbery, a burglary and an attempted robbery kept Tulsa Police busy overnight. 

At about 12:25 a.m. Friday, the owner of Batman Convenience store at Pine and Mingo saw on surveillance video at his home that his store was being burglarized. 

Police officers arrived on scene and found a window of the store broken, but the burglars gone. 

After viewing the video, officers began looking for the suspects.  About an hour later, a Tulsa Police officer noticed two men who matched the suspect's description walking in a neighborhood about 6 blocks from the store and stopped them. 

The officers recovered several packs of cigarettes and arrested 19-year-old Tylor Eich and 20-year-old Weston Scott. 

At 3:30 a.m. Friday, a lone gunman held up the Kum and Go store on 51^st Street, west of Memorial. 

During the robbery, the suspect struck the store's employee with his gun and then kicked him after he fell to the floor. 

Tulsa Police say the suspect was wearing a hooded shirt, pulled down so you could not see his face. 

A mother and child in the store at the time of the robbery were not injured.  The clerk refused medical treatment at the scene.

Also overnight, a resident of a home in the 2900 block of 124^th East Avenue called 911 about an attempted armed robbery. 

The man told Tulsa Police that shortly after midnight, a suspect tried to force his way into his home, but the resident kept the door shut. 

The man said the suspect then fired one gunshot through the door and fled the scene. 

Police say the resident was not injured.
