TULSA, OK -- A driver says wet weather contributed to a single-vehicle rollover Thursday morning at 24th and Peoria.
At about 1:30 a.m., a woman was driving north on Peoria when she says she swerved to avoid a red car, lost control of her vehicle which left the roadway.
Her SUV hit a rock retaining wall and ended up on its side.
The driver injured her elbow, according to an on-scene report.
She was examined by EMSA and released to a family member's care.
A witness on scene said he saw some men around one of his vehicles just before the accident.
When he approached them, they got into a red car and took off.
Police suspect this may have been the vehicle the woman swerved to avoid.
