TULSA, OK -- Cyclists gather to remember two friends killed during a bike ride back in June.
They planted trees near the Arkansas River amphitheatre in honor of Matt Edmonds and Krista Voss. But, they wanted to make the memorial personal, too.
"Matt was a geologist. Obviously, we asked his folks if they'd bring over some rocks and things just to kinda symbolize that. Krista had a jersey that had butterflies on the back. So, it's just something, you see the butterflies, you think of Krista," said Raton Parmain with Bicycle Tulsa Racing Club.
The location also has meaning because it's a popular stop for cyclists.
