Broken Arrow Offers Payment Plan For Water Bills

BROKEN ARROW, OK -- A water bill flap in Broken Arrow is being addressed.  Water bills in the city seemed to sky rocket this month compared to last.    

Some bills were four times larger than they were in July.  The city says those bigger bills were correct, and were larger because previous bills were estimates.

The city's offering a payment plan for those who need help paying the high bills, along with a credit to help off-set next month's more-accurate billing.
