Rib Crib is presenting the Rockin' Rib Festival in downtown Tulsa and Brandon Manly with Rib Crib was on The News On 6 to talk about the event and offer a recipe for making Spicy Blue Cheese Hot Links.

8 Hot Links
6oz. Blue cheese crumbles
1 cup Blue Cheese dressing
1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Smoke or grill 8 hot links and cut a slit down the center of the hot link brush hot sauce all over the inside hot link. Stuff hot link with a liberal amount of blue cheese crumbles and lightly drizzle with blue cheese dressing.

Cut in ½ inch thick slices and serve with hot sauce for dipping.
