TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are searching for a suspect in Tulsa's latest bank robbery. The MidFirst Bank at 3140 S. Garnett Road was robbed at 9:15 Saturday morning by a white male about 45 years of age, according to a report by Sgt. Dave Walker, TPD.
The suspect weighs about 200-220 pounds and was wearing a blue billed cap trimmed in white inscribed with the word "Green."
The man gave tellers a note stating he had a gun and would use it. He made off with an undisclosed amount and fled on foot from the bank. He was later seen in the Bradford Apartments area, 3140 S. 108th East Avenue where he apparently got a ride from an "unsuspecting Good Samaritan," Walker said.
Anyone with information about the location of the suspect or his identity is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS or the robbery hotline, 918-527-0085. They can also email robbery@ci.tulsa.ok.us or the FBI at 918-664-3300.
