Tulsan Marcus Berry Ordered To Stand Trial

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man charged with the kidnapping and lewd molestation of a 2-year-old girl last month has been ordered to stand trial on both charges.

At the end of a preliminary hearing in Tulsa County District Court Tuesday morning, 56-year-old Marcus Berry, Sr. was ordered back to court on September 14.

Berry, who is a convicted sex offender, was released from state prison three years ago.

In August, was arrested after he was found with the girl parked off a Tulsa street. The girl went missing from the front yard of a home in the 2400 block of North Yorktown.
