TULSA, OK -- Project Management Group has been approved by the Tulsa Riverparks Authority to enhance the east bank of the Arkansas River near 31st and Riverside Drive for creating some new features of interest for those involved in canoeing and kayaking.

PMG will submit an application to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers which has final approval of any projects involving the Arkansas River.

The volunteer project will also drown-proof Zink Dam, shoreline beautification and improvement of the fish habitat on the river as it flows through Tulsa.
