VINITA, OK -- Police in Vinita have located a missing 64-year-old man who suffers from schizophrenia.
Police say Joseph Morrissey was reported missing after he left the VA Medical Center in Muskogee late Monday evening.
Morrissey was found unharmed on Tuesday afternoon at his sister's home.
