Tulsa County Schools Expected To Receive Boost In Funding

TULSA, OK -- There's good news for Tulsa County schools.

At a news conference Monday, Tulsa County Treasurer Dennis Semler is expected to announce all schools will get a boost in funding, The News On 6 has learned.

Treasurer Semler wouldn't give exact numbers, but says some of the largest schools could get a significant amount.

The money comes from funds the Treasurer's Office had in its operations budget last year, but didn't use.
