TULSA, OK -- Prosecutors file first degree murder charges against two men accused of killing a man in a Tulsa park.

Tulsa Police say Ronnie Davis and Roshawn Leroy went to Lacy Park on North Madison to sell drugs to Robert Marshall and another man. But, instead, officers say they robbed, and then shot Marshall and the other man.

Marshall was hit in the head and died. The other man survived and ran off.

Both Davis and Leroy are being held in the Tulsa County Jail.
