TULSA, OK -- There is an update to a Tulsa rental scam. Michael Remington pleaded no contest on Tuesday to charges of obtaining money by false pretense.

A judge found him guilty on one count and dismissed another.

Remington received three years probation and was ordered to complete 80 hours of community service and pay court costs.
