Charges Filed In Tulsa Beating Death

TULSA, OK -- A murder charge is filed against a man following the beating death of a Tulsa woman.  The suspect, 21-year-old Bryan Thurman, is now charged with second degree murder.

Tulsa Police say the victim, 28-year-old Jessika Graf, and Thurman's sister got into a fight.  Witnesses told officers Thurman kicked Graf in the head after she was knocked down.

Thurman told police it was self-defense.
