OHP Trooper Involved In Fight On Leave

UNDATED -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper at the center of a first responder fight is on leave.

Daniel Martin has been under an OHP investigation since an amateur video surfaced.  The video shows Martin allegedly applying a chokehold to a Creek Nation paramedic.        

The trooper insists the medic started the fight.  Prosecutors decided not to charge either man with a crime.
