CLAREMORE, OK -- Thursday was supposed to be sentencing day for Tywone Parks in a Rogers County courtroom, but the date has been moved back until mid-June.
The former Rogers State University student is accused of planning a campus shooting in Claremore.
Parks pleaded no contest in April to a felony count of planning an act of violence and a misdemeanor count of outraging public decency.
Authorities say Parks planned to shoot and kill other students and faculty members at RSU in Claremore.
Parks faces up to ten years in prison.
The new sentencing date is June 11th.
