Mounds Students Taught Environmental Responsibility

MOUNDS, OK -- One Green Country school is greening things up by planting 100 trees.

On Monday, students, teachers and parents at Liberty Public Schools pitched in to plant the trees around their school.

Educators say the trees are a proactive way to teach students about environmental responsibility.

The trees were bought with a grant from the Apache Corporation.
