TULSA, OK -- Some Medicare patients could qualify for cheaper surgeries at Tulsa's Hillcrest Medical Center.
Hillcrest announced on Wednesday that it's one of only five hospitals across the country to take part in a three-year demonstration program.
Seniors with basic Medicare coverage could get up to $1,100 back if they choose to have selected orthopedic or cardiology procedures at Hillcrest.
Some of the procedures include hip and knee replacements, coronary bypass surgery, and pacemaker implants.
