TULSA, OK -- The city of Tulsa says the repaving of South Elgin between First and Third Streets will close that portion of Elgin beginning at 4 a.m. on Monday.
City officials say the work is expected to be completed by 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12.
Because of the repaving process, the work will also necessitate narrowing traffic on East Second Street to two lanes during the construction.
