BROKEN ARROW, OK -- The family of a road rage victim wants the person responsible to come forward.  Cynthia Scott, 47, remains in critical condition after she was involved in a three-car collision on April 21st.  Police say the driver who caused the crash has yet to come forward.

Scott's sister says Cynthia may never walk or see again and she doesn't understand why the man responsible for the accident has yet to turn himself in.

"She's got two young boys who need her.  I don't know, the bad things happen to the good people," said Scott's sister, Pamella Henry.

Pamella Henry has rarely left her sister's side since the wreck on April 21st.  Broken Arrow Police say that's when the driver of a Black SUV with tinted windows, either a Chevy Tahoe or GMC Yukon, swerved in front of a Jeep and slammed on its brakes.

The driver of the Jeep, 22-year-old Marcus Moulton, lost control of his car, crossed the center lane and hit Cynthia Scott's minivan head-on.  The SUV driver took off.

She has a message for that driver.

"I'd say I wish you could come to the hospital and see what you did to my sister.  You know, we don't know if she's going to make it," said Pamella Henry.

The mother of two has been in a medically-induced coma since the crash.  Her sister says the wreck left her with a fractured skull, as well as broken hips, wrists, ankles and knees.

Police say there were plenty of witnesses when the crash happened on a busy stretch of Kenosha in Broken Arrow.  The family is now hoping some of them will choose to come forward.

"I understand that there's road rage, but I don't understand how somebody could knowingly cause this type of an accident and not come forward. There's no way they could not know what happened," said Pamella Henry.

Her sister says while she's in a coma, Scott will likely miss both of her son's birthdays.  She will also likely miss her youngest son's high school graduation and her oldest son's graduation from college.
