TULSA, OK -- Tuesday was a day to remember all crime victims in Tulsa. A ceremony was held at the LaFortune Community Center in honor of national Crime Victims Week.
Loved ones planted flowers for the victims.
The flowers will be the start of a new memorial at LaFortune Park called Justice Garden dedicated to homicide victims.
