NORMAN, Okla. (AP) -- Former Oklahoma tight end Trent Smith has some advice for the Sooners hoping to be drafted into the NFL.
Smith says they have to leave their attitudes at the door because the NFL is a different world.
Smith was a seventh-round pick in 2003 after setting an OU record for passes caught by a tight end.
He played in only five games during the next four years.
Smith says the NFL players are the "best of the best" and says the talent level there "ridiculous" in how good even the practice squad players are.
OU linemen Duke Robinson and Phil Loadholt and receiver Juaquin Iglesias are considered the best bets to go in the first two rounds of the draft Saturday.
