TULSA, OK -- Police have made an arrest in connection with an overnight stabbing.
Police were dispatched to 1500 block of East 66th Place shortly before 2:30 a.m. Monday.
Upon arrival, police officers determined the suspect and the victim had been arguing over comments made about a girlfriend. During that argument, police say the suspect, 26-year-old Richard Ferrera, picked up a butcher knife and stabbed the victim in the right arm.
Police say officers were able to locate Ferrera and arrested him after finding the knife used in the assault in Ferrera's vehicle.
Ferrera was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
