Actress, Broken Arrow Native Visits Tulsa

TULSA, OK -- A famous Oklahoman made a stop in Tulsa on Sunday.

Actress, singer and now author Kristin Chenoweth signed copies of her book at the Borders on 21st Street.

Chenoweth is originally from Broken Arrow, but you may recognize her from the TV series "The West Wing" or "Pushing Daisies."

She has also been in Broadway shows like "Wicked," which also contributed to the naming of her new book, "A Little Bit Wicked."

Chenoweth says she's excited to be back in Oklahoma, but admits she was a little shocked by the crowd.

"I was not prepared for the crowd at all," she said. "I just didn't think anybody would come. I don't mean to be faux-modest. I'm really, really touched."

If you didn't get to see her Sunday, Chenoweth will be back in Oklahoma this summer. She's headlining the OK Mozart Festival in Bartlesville on June 20.
