MIAMI, OK -- The lights are back on after an explosion causes a big power outage. It happened last night in the Miami area.
The Grand River Dam Authority says a breaker failure led to a fire and caused a complete blackout. Crews had to re-route power so they could fix the problem.
About 14,000 homes in Miami were in the dark for 8 hours.
