Tulsa Co. Searching For Sex Offender

TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office needs your help finding a sex offender.

Deputies are looking for James Badgewell.

Badgewell served time for second degree rape, but has not registered.

His last known address was in Turley.
