TULSA, OK -- Two former Tulsa County Court Services employees have been charged with embezzling public money after a lengthy investigation.
The felony charges against 52-year-old Kevin Francis and 63-year-old Thomas Allison were filed Thursday.
Francis, former director of court services, and Allison, an assistant director, are accused of taking money between January 2002 and May 2004.
They were fired in 2004 after an auditor found more than $43,000 in cash receipts for electronic monitoring was not desposited.
Warrants were issued for the men's arrests.
