Holbert Bound Over On Murder Charge

TULSA, OK -- There are new developments in the case against a man accused of killing a Tulsa pawn shop clerk.         

A judge ruled on Monday that there is enough evidence to try Marquaillo Holbert for first-degree murder in the death of Cody Holmes.

Holmes was shot and killed at the EZ Pawn Shop in April of 2007.

Holbert was arrested in Dallas in 2008 on a drug charge and brought back to Tulsa in January.  Another suspect, Marcel Frazier, was bound over for trial earlier this month.
