TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa Church and more than 20 Tulsa hair stylists came together for a mane event on Monday. They cut and styled hair for kids and adults who've been hit hard in the down economy.
"In fact we started off not in the bunny costume. And then, once we put the bunny costume on, all the kids said we want to see the bunny, and so its luring them in to get their hair cut, and the parents are so appreciative because hair cuts aren't cheap today and so when they can get them for free, they're totally excited," said Amberly Daniel with Christchurch.
All of the stylists donated their services to the cause.
