TULSA, OK -- A state prisoner serving time for other crimes pleaded guilty to the 2004 murder of an employee at a Tulsa check cashing business.

Investigators say DNA linked Paul McClanahan to the stabbing of Victoria Knight, who was killed during the robbery of the Cash 'n Flash near Second Street and Sheridan Road.

McClanahan received two life sentences for his crimes.

The victim's mother told The News On 6 that she was very pleased police detectives and the district attorney never gave up on the case.
