TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man is headed to prison after being convicted of raping a nursing home resident.
James Mack was sentenced on Monday to 35 years in prison.
It took a jury about six hours to find the 33-year-old guilty of raping an Alzheimer's patient in 2001.
Mack will have to serve almost 30 years in prison before he'll be eligible for parole.
