OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- The Oklahoma Supreme Court says the $50 million bonds for low-water dam projects along the Arkansas River in Tulsa are no good.
Justices say it's because they're part of a larger bond package that also includes money for the Indian Cultural Center and Museum.
And, they say that's not constitutional.
Oklahoma lawmakers say they're disappointed by the decision, but will work to solve the problem and move forward with the projects.
