TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police have arrested a man in connection with a fatal crash that happened in October.
Marlon Tanner, 20, is accused of speeding and driving drunk when he crashed into 18-year-old Stefanie Andrews, who was walking home from a party.
Tanner was charged with first-degree manslaughter Tuesday and arrested early Wednesday with bond set at $100,000.
In a Christmas Eve interview, Andrews' mother said she was frustrated Tanner had not been arrested or charged. Prosecutors say it can take months to get blood results back in these types of cases.
