STILLWATER, OK -- Oklahoma State University's Department of Athletics is offering reduced ticket prices for students who want to attend the final two home games of the men's basketball season.
The announcement comes just days after NewsOn6.com's Kyle Dierking filed a report on OSU men's basketball ticket prices.

As Dierking reported, an OSU student men's basketball season ticket is the most expensive in the country at $242. Students could not purchase individual game tickets at a reduced rate.
We e-mailed Kevin Klintworth, Associate Athletic Director for Oklahoma State University, to see if the special offer was a result of attention brought to the current season ticket prices by the story on NewsOn6.com.
"I can promise you this has been in the works for a while," Klintworth wrote.
Under this offer, for $10, OSU students will be admitted to both remaining games at Gallagher-Iba Arena featuring the Cowboys against Texas and Kansas State. Klintworth said the special offer is courtesy of T. Boone Pickens, who is underwriting the cost of the promotion.
While $10 provides admittance to both games, no single-game $5 tickets are available as part of the promotion.
The arena's floor seating will continue to be reserved for student season ticket holders.
The Cowboys host Texas at 5 p.m. on Saturday. Kansas State visits Stillwater on Tuesday for a 6:30 p.m. tip.
Tickets can be purchased at the Gallagher-Iba Arena ticket office.
