Tulsa Man Arrested On Murder Complaint

TULSA, OK -- Police have arrested a 39-year-old man in connection with a fatal shooting Wednesday afternoon.   This is Tulsa's 11th homicide of the year.

Police say David Donaldson was found giving the victim CPR when officers arrived on the scene of the shooting.

Donaldson was questioned about the shooting and later arrested on a first degree murder complaint.

The residence was located in the 8600 block of East 30th Street.

The victim has been identified as 33-year-old Jeanna Coffman.

She was taken by ambulance to a Tulsa hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Police say it appears Donaldson and Coffman were arguing prior to the shooting.
