(Serves 1)
Ciabatta Bread
Chopped Horseradish (1/2 tsp)
Spicy Brown Mustard (1 tsp)
Roasted Turkey, thinly sliced (3 oz)
Sliced Mozzarella (1 slice)
Whole-Berry Cranberry Sauce (2 heaped Tbsp)
Romaine Lettuce (2 leaves)

Fancy Potato Chips
Dill Pickle Spear

Turn broiler on High

Slice Ciabatta down the middle vertically.
Thinly spread horseradish across bottom piece of bread. Follow with Spicy brown mustard. Layer Turkey over mustard and cover with Mozzarella slice.

Place bread open-faced under broiler until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.

Spread the Whole-Berry Cranberry sauce thickly over the top piece of bread. Cover with Romaine leaves and stack sandwich. Cut diagonally and serve with chips and a dill spear.
