UNDATED -- A man accused of killing an elderly Sand Springs couple in a May 2008 car crash will not be allowed to withdraw his plea.
Cebon Pettie had pleaded no contest to charges of first degree manslaughter in the deaths of Ben and Hughla Som de Cerff.
Pettie was sentenced to 35 years in prison last December, but last month, he asked a judge if he could change his plea.
The judge denied that request on Monday, meaning Pettie will have to serve his sentence.
