The mother of an infant who was attacked by a dog has waived her right to a jury trial in juvenile court.

TULSA, OK - There is new information in a high profile case of a dog killing a two-month-old baby and eating parts of him. The mother of the infant, 18-year-old Linzy Earles, has waived her right to a jury trial in juvenile court.

Earles was accused of leaving her son Zane in his baby swing with a puppy who attacked him.

Court records show Earles must continue seeing a drug and alcohol counselor.

She goes back to court later this month.
