Sapulpa Man Dies In Rollover Accident

SAPULPA, OK -- One person is dead following a single vehicle accident Monday morning on state Highway 97 near Sapulpa.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 49-year-old Wesley Charles Mizer died at the scene from massive head and trunk injuries.

OHP troopers say Mizer was driving his pickup truck northbound on State Highway 97 when he lost control. OHP says Mizer crossed the center median backwards and his truck rolled about five times.

Mizer was ejected during the accident.

OHP troopers say no other vehicles were involved in the accident.
