Ahi Tuna Filet:

1* 8oz. Tuna Steak ( fresher the better)

Salt and Pepper (to taste)

2 0z. Toasted Sesame Seeds

2 oz. Vegetable oil ( for sautéing )

-rub the fish filet with a little vegetable oil on both sides then salt and pepper and roll it in the sesame seeds and get a sautee pan hot and sear.

Cucumber Salad:

½ cup Sesame Oil (toasted)

½ cup Raspberry Vinegar

¼ cup Soy Sauce (low Sodium if Available)

1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

2 0z. Green Onion (diced)

2 0z. Red Onion (diced)

1 Large Cucumber ( Seeded and sliced thin)

1 cup shredded Iceberg Lettuce

1oz. Sugar (granulated)

-mix the wet ingredients together with a whisk and then add all of the other components in the bowl and mix until dressed.
