Trial Date Set For Tulsa Teen Charged With Murder

TULSA, OK  -- A Tulsa teen charged with killing a 13-year-old girl is scheduled to go to trial in Tulsa County District Court on April 6.

Montoya Harris, 15, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Sydney Daily in March of last year.

The fatal stabbing took place on the front porch of Daily's home in the 1300 block of North Boston.

Harris will be tried as a ‘youthful offender."
