WAGONER, OK -- A former Wagoner County police officer makes a deal with prosecutors to avoid jail time on a rape charge.

Prosecutors say the Tahlequah man raped a 16-year-old student while he was working as a security guard at Wagoner High School in 2007.

Finch pleaded no contest in exchange for a five year suspended sentence and probation.
