TULSA, OK -- They go up.  And, they go down.

Tulsa gasoline prices fall back to a level where they were earlier this month.  After jumping about 10 cents recently, a gallon of regular unleaded gas is once again selling for about $1.39 at most Tulsa area gas stations.
