Sapulpa Man Charged With Animal Cruelty

TULSA, OK -- Three months after a dog was dragged behind a truck in Creek County deputies have made an arrest.

Cody Hahn, 20, of Sapulpa was arrested and charged with three felonies including animal cruelty.

Hahn is in the military and had to be shipped back from Korea.

Deputies say back in October, Hahn tied his girlfriend's dog to the bumper of an SUV and dragged him for almost a mile.

The dog was severely injured all over his body, but lived.

Witnesses were able to identify Hahn from a photo lineup.
