TULSA, OK -- The City of Tulsa is foreclosing on a downtown landmark.

The historic Tulsa Club at Fifth and Cincinnati has been vacant for more than a decade.

This week the city filed a foreclosure claim against the California man who owns it.

The owner owes the city $331,000 in penalties because of the building's code violations.

Now the city is asking for $22,000 in taxes it says the owner hasn't paid. If the owner loses, the building would eventually be auctioned off by the sheriff.
