Tulsa City Attorney Killed In Accident

UNDATED -- A deadly car crash claimed three lives on Sunday in Wichita, Kansas.

Tulsa's assistant city attorney Kurt Ackermann, his wife and a third person believed to be Ackermann's mother-in-law, were killed in the accident.

Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor says Ackermann filled several key roles over the years in his work for the city and will be deeply missed.

The mayor says funeral arrangements have yet to be made.
