Accountant Wants ORU Lawsuit To Go Ahead

TULSA, OK -- A former accountant suing Oral Roberts University in Tulsa says he says he wants his case to move forward.

Trent Huddleston is suing the private school for firing him, after he says he was ordered to hide records of financial mismanagement.

A Tulsa County judge recently threw out Huddleston's wrongful discharge claim, but Huddleston says he wants the case to proceed anyway.

ORU attorneys say given the judge's ruling, Huddleston's case should now be dismissed.
